coNFERENCE ROOMS

Conference rooms are available at no cost. We have two conference rooms in our office suite which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Also available for rent are two large conference rooms on the second floor of our building Four Ten Central which can accommodate up to 20 people.

remote proceedings

Remote proceedings have become a way of doing business. We are very proficient in Zoom and have handled remote proceedings in different states and even different countries. The Notary laws in Montana are such that we can administer an oath to a witness anywhere in the world with the reporter located in Montana. We will set up and host your Zoom proceedings. If you are unfamiliar with any features of Zoom, we are happy to set up a Zoom call and walk you through the features.
